HOW IT ALL BEGAN !

I’m Sarah, the Founder of Tom and Toto Ltd. My career with animals began over 20 years ago on wildlife conservation projects and I also worked as a Big 5 Safari Guide in the Kruger National Park, South Africa. After returning to the UK, I spent several years working with lions and tigers, bears and wolves (oh my!) at Woburn Safari Park and in 2013 I used my knowledge of animal welfare, behaviour and enrichment to create a set of services for pets.

After an initial few years of dog walking, pet sitting and training we opened our first doggy daycare centre in 2022. Our centre is based at White House Farm in Sprowston and has the best of a cosy and a home from home for your dogs AND lots of outdoor green space for exploring.

We have an outstanding, fully qualified team that is passionate about providing excellent pet care. We are so excited to welcome you into our community and can’t wait to support you and your journey as a dog owner.
