Walks & Daycares Per Week

We require all new clients to have a meet and greet before booking our services. This is your chance to get to know us and introduce us to your pets and their routine. The meeting is free and will last around 30 minutes. We will ask you to complete the information in your account before the meeting, so we have more time to talk. Feel free to grill us with all your questions! We will bring with us our canine first aid certification, police checks and business insurance for you to look over and will collect two sets of keys to your property.

We cover Norwich city centre and the surrounding areas including: Swardeston, Intwood, Stoke Holy Cross, Poringland, Caistor St Edmund, Shotesham, Trowse, Cringleford, Keswick, Postwick, Brundall, Blofield, Blofield Heath, Great and Little Plumstead, Thorpe St Andrews, Thorpe End, Thorp Hamlet, Catton, Dussindale, Sprowston, Spixworth, Eaton, Tuckswood and Lakenham.

We only accept online payment for all our services. We take your security very seriously and your details are safe with us. When you register with us and add your pet’s routine, please also add a credit/debit card to your account. To do this, just click ‘card settings’, add your payment details and save them to your account.

Dog walks and day care are invoiced monthly in arrears on the last working day of each month via email. The system will automatically take payment from your nominated credit/debit card the next working day.

Holiday pet sitting is invoiced in advance. The invoice balance is due and will be debited from your nominated card on the first day of the service, unless you wish to clear the balance earlier.

For all dog walks, doggy daycare and ad hoc pet sitting visits:
• 0 – 48 hours prior to a dog walk or pet care visit: Payment in full is charged (no refunds)
• Over 48 hours prior to service or more: No charge, refund in full.

For all advance booked holiday overnight and pet sitting (% applies to entire service period total):
• 0 – 72 hours prior to any advance booked service: payment in full is charged (no refunds)
• 3 – 7 days prior to service: 30% of service total is due (equals an 70% refund)
• 8 days prior to service or more: no charge, refund in full.

Your trust in us as well as your peace of mind are of greatest importance. While we always hope to form strong relationships with all our clients, we go one step further to give you even more- geographic evidence that your sitter or dog walker was at your home and spent the requested time with your pets. The GPS data will be recorded on every visit/ walk and is saved on your account as well as emailed to you with feedback.

All feedback and pet updates are sent directly into your account and sent to the primary email account holder every day we see your pets. Your feedback will include photos, GPS data and a written update. No need to wait for text messages to come through or find your correspondence from us all over the place on different platforms. If your pet is with us for socialisation or training, you can easily look back over the feedback and see how far they have come! If you are away on holiday you can easily and reliably access your updates.

We collect 2 sets of keys for your home during the meet and greet if you do not have a key safe. They will be marked only by your pet’s name and cannot be traced to your property. One key will remain with your dog walker and the other in our safe allowing us to always get to your pets on time should a key break or a vehicle break down. By keeping a key for your home will allow us to fast track last minute requests. If you need to stay late at work, miss a connection home or break down, we can help. Just call us and we will continue to care for your pets until you are home.

Yes we do! We work every day of the year. We will be there when you need us.

If you need help with anything, please call us in the office. We have a dedicated office team who are available on weekdays between 8:30-5:30 and on a Saturday between 9:30 and 1pm. Our office team also provide back up to our dog walking team so should they need any assistance they are experienced and ready to help.
