Like us humans, dogs love the taste of pumpkins. So while you are enjoying your pumpkin spiced latte, here are some autumnal treats you can be feeding your pup:
Frozen Pumpkin Dog Treats
Ingredients
1 cup plain yoghurt
1 cup pumpkin puree
Directions
-Mix your yoghurt and pumpkin together in a bowl
-Split the mixture evenly into an ice tray or moulds
-Place in the freezer for 24 hours
-Pop the treats out of the mould and put into a freezer bag for easy storage!

Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Dog Treats
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup peanut butter
Directions
-Preheat your oven to 190°C
-Mix together the pumpkin and peanut butter in a bowl
-Stir through your flour and combine the mixture to make a dough
-Roll out the dough onto a floured surface
-Cut the dough into shapes with your Halloween themed cutters
-Place the treats equally spaced on an ungreased sheet
-Bake for 12 minutes. Allow them to cool completely before feeding them to your dog

Banana Pumpkin Dog Treats
Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 banana, mashed
Directions
-Preheat oven to 175°C
-Mix the pumpkins, banana and eggs eggs together. Add flour and mix until all the flour is combined.
-Lightly dust your work surface and rolling pin with flour, then roll out dough thinly and cut out treats.
-Lay on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Allow them to cool completely before giving to your dog!
