All dogs attend walks on set days (minimum attendance of one set day per week).

We find that when the dogs are settled in a routine, their social skills and confidence improve, and they thrive from the consistence and close bond with their walkers. We also know the dogs get along well. 

If you require additional/different days it is quick and easy to request these on our mobile friendly booking system.

Before we get going, we will come to you and introduce ourselves to you and your dog. We want them to approve too!

On your dog’s first walk, they will meet a few of our other dogs to make sure they enjoy themselves. We will put suitable play mates together based on size and tempreament.

That afternoon you’ll receive an email with GPS info, timings, a picture of the fun and write up of how they got on.

After that, we will set up your walking days and include your dog each week for all the fun!

What areas do we cover?

We cover Norwich city centre and the surrounding areas including NR2, NR3, NR6, NR7 Trowse, Cringleford, Eaton, Thorpe St Andrews, Thorpe End, Thorpe Hamlet, Catton, Dussindale, Sprowston, Spixworth, Tuckswood, and Lakenham.

How many dogs do we walk at one time?

We walk four/ five dogs at one time in a full group walk. All of the dogs are well socialised and friendly. We ask all our dogs to have one regular booking a week. Consistent booking allows the dogs and staff to get to know each other and keep everyone calm and relaxed. If a dog is not suited to walking in this way they can join a quieter group of one or two friends at either 9am or 3pm. Lunchtime walks at 11am and 1pm are always the larger group size.

What is a meet and greet?

The meet and greet is a free meeting to get to know us. The dog walker in your area will come to visit you at home to say hello. Get to know them, introduce your dog and ask any questions you may have.

How do I know my dog has been collected and how will I be updated?

When we arrive at your property, we check-in with our app.This leaves a time and GPS location stamp on your account. When we return your dog after their walk, we check out and do the same again. We provide geographic evidence that your dog walker was at your home and spent the requested time with your dog. This is sent to you each time we see your dog with their feedback pictures and write up.

What happens if my dogs become unwell or injured?

We will seek out immediate veterinary care from your nominated vet. Please get in touch with your vet to let them know that Tom and Toto care for your pets, and you authorise treatment if necessary. Clearing this up will save valuable time in an emergency and forgo the need for them to contact you before proceeding. We will, of course, get in touch with you and your emergency contact as soon as we have spoken to the vet to keep you up to date.

Will I have the same walker each time?

We try to keep a regular dog walker for you. However, you may have a different walker on some days due to varying shift patterns or annual leave. Feel free to arrange another meet and greet with us if you want to meet any of our other walkers! Our staff members are trained, experienced, and are top dog care providers. We also often walk two groups together with two staff to allow more dogs to meet and play so chances are your dog has met all of us at some point. The beauty of having several trained dog walkers is that we are always available. We have holiday cover, sickness cover and emergency cover. If there is a vehicle breakdown we will still be there. You get all the support and relationship of one dog walker but with back up and availability!

Do you keep a key to my home?

We use key safes for all our dog’s homes rather than keeping a set of keys with us. We will bring you a key safe to your meet and greet if you do not have one (they are £25), or you are welcome to purchase your own. We would recommend installing it somewhere discreet but also somewhere accessible. We will keep your key safe code secure on our system. The advantage of having a key safe is that you don’t need to make several copies of your keys and they will never get dropped or lost. It makes it easier for us to accept last-minute requests or offer assistance should there be an emergency.

How do we take dog walking payments?

We accept online card payments for all our services. When you register with us and add your dog’s information, please also add a credit/debit card to your account. Dog walks are invoiced monthly in arrears on the last working day of each month. Invoices are sent via email and the system will automatically take payment from your nominated credit/debit card the next working day.
