Walkies With Tom & Toto
all you need to know
If you are looking for a dog walker in Norwich then join our pack! Tom and Toto dogs love their daily walks. Our dog walkers are experienced professionals and have come to us with a love of dogs and prior experience. We have very high standards of safety and put our team through a thorough training program. The walkers are reliable and available to walk your dog whenever you need.
If your dog likes to socialise and play then the group walk is definitely for them! Our dog walkers take a maximum of 6 dogs each on a group walk once all dogs have been introduced and get on well together. Our solo walks are for dogs who are not sociable with others. We take all our dogs to the best green spaces around Norwich.
We cover NR1-NR4, Lakenham, the Golden Triangle, Thorpe St Andrews, Dussindale, Brundall, Trowse, Caistor St Edmunds, Stoke Holy Cross and Poringland for dog walks.
Before we get going, we will come and introduce ourselves to you and your dog at home. We bring our business insurance documents, canine first aid certificates and police checks for you to look over. You can ask us any questions you may have and we can work out the best plan of action for you and your dog.
We offer group walks daily at 9am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm and solo walks at 9am and 3pm. If you would like to arrange a meet and greet please click here.
Home Puppy Visits
a dedicated service
If you have a puppy we will visit them at home for play time and only begin taking them for short walks once fully vaccinated. Visits last 1 hour. We will feed lunch, clean up any accidents and can help with toilet training. We have several puppies that love playing together- lunchtime visits are so much fun for young dogs! Once your puppy is able to come out to play, they can join our puppy play group. They have a fantastic time, learn how to socialise with other dogs in secure and safe areas with our experienced staff and go home to crash out for the afternoon!

great and transparent service
Get to know your pet sitter or dog walker. Please ask them any questions about our services and look over our info folder containing insurance, first aid certification and DBS documents. You will have already been asked to register with us online before the meeting so please just show your sitter your home routine and allow your pets time to have their first cuddles with their new friend. Please also have TWO sets of your house key ready for us.
While we assign you a primary walker, we cannot guarantee the same person each time you book a walk. We work in a close nit team and communicate often with each other, so all information is passed onto each team member caring for your dogs. We do like to get together for our group walks so more dogs can socialise. It also means an extra pair of human eyes to watch over the dogs and it gives your dog the chance to meet all the walkers. If your usual walker is on holiday your dog will have met the rest of the team and be greeted by a familiar face when they come to pick them up.
We update your information in our pet sitting software as well. It may be that a walker is off due to illness, personal obligations or annual leave. Our promise is that we will always have a trained, qualified walker to cover your dog walking needs. Our walkers are qualified employees (not independent contractors) who are team members. They are insured, canine first aid trained and police checked. We hope you will enjoy getting to know us all!
Absolutely! Your first meet & greet is always free. Additional meet and greet visits are £12 for a 30 minute introduction. If you need more time, we’re happy to schedule an extended 1 hour visit for £20. You can arrange a meet & greet in the online booking system or call the office to schedule.
We accept BACS or CC payments. We do not accept cash or cheque payments. Our dog walking clients are all invoiced monthly for the walks they have had that month.
