From Owner and Director Sarah Wright: Tom and Toto Coronavirus Update

I know this is a stressful and confusing time as concerns about coronavirus and COVID-19 start to affect daily life. While I know that many of you will exercise caution, I want to encourage you to try and maintain your dog’s normal routine as much as possible. Regular socialisation and exercise are extremely important for dog and dramatic changes to their routine can compound anxiety and stress for them.

Hygiene has always been a top priority for us, and our professional team work hard to ensure all health and safety procedures are followed. All our dog walkers already carry hand sanitiser gel and wash their hands regularly. To ensure we are being as vigilant as possible, the team will wash their hands as they leave each home to ensure that any possible infection spread is prohibited.

Can you still walk my dog?
Yes, we have a fantastic team of walkers who provide us with great flexibility and you peace of mind.

If you find you are unwell, self isolating or stuck at home due to potential school closures I hope, if possible you will continue to support Tom and Toto during this time. Whether it’s giving your dog the exercise and socialisation they need, helping you create a quiet and productive work environment at home, or taking care of your dog while you’re sick, our daycare and dog walking services are here for you.

Please do advise the office if you are unwell so we can put suitable precautions in place if you would like us to keep walking your dog.

If you have any additional questions about our safety and sanitary procedures or other concerns related to coronavirus and COVID-19, please contact us.
