Paying for your Tom and Toto dog walks and pet sitting just got a whole lot easier!

From the 1st of October 2018, we have a launched simple and convenient way for you to pay your invoices with a credit and / or a debit card. A few pet parents have asked to pay with a card to reap the benefits of Tesco Club Card points and cashback schemes. We listened and are excited to announce online payments are here! Hooray! We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us. Cards are stored on Stripe’s PCI (payment card industry) compliant secure servers, the same used by many retail giants such as ASOS.

How will automatic payments work?
For dog walking and doggy day care you will be invoiced as usual on the last day of every month. Please check your invoice carefully. Three working days later the balance will be debited from your nominated card and a receipt emailed to confirm the payment.
For doggy day care Bundles, these will be invoiced upon request of a new bundle. Three working days later the balance will be debited from your nominated card and a receipt emailed to confirm the payment.
For advance booking of pet sitting we require a deposit of 50% which can be taken from your nominated card over the phone with the office or by logging into your account and making payment. The remainder of the balance will be debited from your card on the first day of pet sitting, unless you wish to clear the balance earlier.
How do I add a card to my account?
When you register with us and add your pet’s details to your account you can also add a credit/ debit card. visit the Tom and Toto site HERE, log into your account using your email address and password, select ‘card settings’ from the options along the top, add your card and click ‘save’. It is as easy as that!
